The customer service at the window was horrible. We were pulling up to get our drinks, expecting everything to be fine. What I was not expecting was to be in the back seat hearing “Never do that again. We’ve been busy all afternoon.” Rolling her eyes, making it seem like we were a burden. I never want to hear that, when all we’re trying to do is order like any average customer. Very disappointed with who we saw at the window.

I ordered a citrus mint tea on the mobile app. When I arrived, the tea was ready, so I picked it up and left. After taking a sip, I realized it was barely warm. I brought it to work to heat it up in the microwave, but when I tried it again, I got a mouthful of tea leaves. There is no way the staff didn’t notice the amount of loose tea leaves floating in the grande cup when they added the hot water—it was excessive and made the drink undrinkable. When I removed the tea bags to check, I found a sizable hole in one of them. I understand that staff may not inspect each tea bag before using it, but once the hot water was added, the amount of loose tea leaves should have been clearly visible. This should have been caught before the drink was served.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The crew is amazing, they always have positive attitudes, and the best service. The morning crew especially always makes my day start with a smile. Kate, Nya, and Anna are the absolute best!! I have been to many Starbucks but this one is my favorite. I drive an extra 15 minutes to work every morning to go to this store.

I placed a mobile order through the app to avoid waiting in the long drive-thru line. When I arrived, there were already many cars ahead of me. I let the employee at the speaker know that I had a mobile order, and she told me I might still have to pull into a parking spot to wait. I explained that with the number of cars already ahead of me, my order should reasonably be ready by the time I reached the window. However, when I finally got there, I was again told to pull around and wait. At that point I asked if the other cars were also being asked to pull around, and the employee began explaining the situation. I told them I would rather just receive a refund because I didn’t want to wait any longer. The manager came over, listened, apologized, and kindly processed the refund. My question is: what is the point of ordering ahead through the mobile app if you still have to wait in the same line and then be told to pull around and wait again? Unfortunately, this experience defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, and I won’t be returning to this location.
